1. What is Diamond Coated Crystalline?

All AZ stones, whether clear or color, are Diamond Coated Crystalline stones. Our pieces are created using a unique lab process that creates stones that rival the look of real diamonds but at a fraction of the price! The DCC process allows us to create the kind of clarity, quality, and intricate detail found only in the best grade of genuine diamonds. Our color process creates richly saturated dimensional tones that radiate and sparkle like genuine gemstones. 

    2. Can AZ jewelry be sized?

    Our rings can be taken to any fine jeweler to be resized. We offer full sizes only, and our rings run, for the most part, true-to-size, but it’s best to reference the sizing chart we provide to help you decide. You can also measure your finger by any ring you currently own to determine what size is best. When choosing a size, determine on which finger you will wear your ring, as that can affect the size you need.
      We offer some necklaces that have built-in extenders so that you can easily adjust the length. 
        Some of our bracelets can be easily adjusted around your wrist, such as our Bolo bracelets.

          3. Is there a product warranty?

          Yes, we offer a 30 Day Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. Please see the Warranty tab on our website for details.

          4. Is there special care required for eternity bands?

          Yes. Please see our care tips on our product page here.

            5. Can an order be cancelled?

            You have a 30-minute window after placing your order to make changes or request a cancellation. After this window, orders are processed and cannot be modified or canceled.

              6. Where do orders ship from?

              We ship from Boca Raton, FL. 

                7. Can an order be tracked once it ships?

                Yes, we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

                8. How much is shipping?

                We offer two shipping options:

                • Standard Shipping — $9.95 (Free on orders over $200!)
                • Express Shipping — $29.00

                All U.S. orders, including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska,typically ship within 1-3 business days.

                9. Which items is final sale?

                Please note that any specialty items, tiaras, headbands, bags, purses, clutches, altered items, gift cards or special orders are final sale.

                10. What happens if a product is sold out or out-of-stock?

                We always want to do our best to make sure you have the Anna Zuckerman piece you want, even if an item is sold out or out-of-stock. If there's a piece that is sold out in your size or preferred stone or metal color, please contact us at concierge@annazuckerman.com. We can let you know if that piece is expected to restock in the near future, or we can special order the piece for you with prepayment and a 6-8 week lead time. 

                11. Do international orders include customs and import taxes?

                International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the final price

                12. Gold Plating vs Vermeil:

                What does “gold finish” mean, and is it covered under warranty?

                Our gold-tone or gold-finish pieces are created using a process called plating, where a layer of gold is applied over a base metal (typically sterling silver or another white metal).
                • Standard Gold Finish:
                Approximately 0.1 micron of gold plating. This is a surface layer designed for beauty and affordability. Over time, natural wear from skin contact, moisture, and daily use will cause this finish to fade.
                • Vermeil (Premium Finish):
                A thicker layer of 2.5 microns of gold over sterling silver. Vermeil pieces are more durable and typically maintain their color for up to ~3 years with proper care.

                13. Is fading or rubbing off covered under warranty?

                No — normal wear of the gold finish is not considered a defect and is not covered under warranty. This is a natural and expected process for all plated jewelry.

                14. Can the gold finish be restored?

                Yes. Many customers choose to have their jewelry professionally re-plated (“re-dipped”) to restore its original shine.
                • Typical cost: $40–$50 per piece
                • Recommended frequency: 1–2 times per year, depending on wear

                 

                15. How can I extend the life of my gold finish?

                • Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising
                • Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, and chemicals
                • Store in a dry, soft-lined pouch or box
                • Clean gently and periodically

                 

                16. Jewelry Repairs

                We offer professional repair services for your Anna Zuckerman jewelry to help restore your pieces to their original beauty.

                Repair service is available for a flat fee of $39 per item, plus shipping costs both ways.

                Once your repair request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to safely send your item to us. After inspection, our team will complete the repair and return your piece as quickly as possible.

                  Shipping Details

                  Complimentary UPS Ground shipping on orders over $200 within the continental US.
                  Standard UPS Ground shipping: $10 | Express shipping: $29.
                  Each piece is carefully prepared and shipped from Boca Raton, FL within 1–3 business days.
                  Orders placed after 1 PM ET on Friday will ship the following week.

                  How do your sales and promotions work?

                  We occasionally offer sales and promotions on our online retail store at www.annazuckerman.com. These sales, promotions and prices are specific to our online retail store and not applicable or transferrable to our flagship stores in Boca Raton or Aspen or to other third party retailers. We also occasionally offer sales and promotion at our flagship stores as well. As with our policy regarding online sales and promotions, any in-store sale or promotion is limited to our store in Mizner Park and/or Aspen and is not applicable or transferrable to our online retail store. Any products purchased during a promotion or using a promotion code (including any gift with purchase) are exchange only.
