Return & Exchange Policy

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Exchange Policy.


Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Returns requested after the 14-day window will not be accepted.

Approved returns must be shipped within the timeframe provided in the return authorization instructions.


Return Authorization & Shipping Deadline

All return and exchange requests must be submitted through our official return portal.

Once a return request is submitted, Anna Zuckerman Luxury will review and respond within 24 hours.

If the return request is approved, customers will receive a return authorization and shipping label through the portal.

Customers must ship the return within five (5) calendar days of the label being issued.

Return labels are valid only during this period and automatically expire after five (5) days.

Returns shipped after the label expiration date may be rejected and may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

If the item is not shipped within the required timeframe, the return authorization will be automatically cancelled.

Anna Zuckerman Luxury reserves the right to deny or cancel any return request that does not comply with these timelines.


International Orders

All international orders are FINAL SALE.

International purchases are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

By completing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final and that this policy applies regardless of the reason for the return request.


Return & Exchange Process

All returns and exchanges must be initiated exclusively through our online return portal.

Returns sent without portal authorization will not be accepted or processed.

This is the only approved method for returns and exchanges.


Item Condition Requirements

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • Returned in original packaging

  • No signs of wear, scratches, damage, or use

All returned items undergo a detailed inspection upon arrival.

Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, resizing, or damage may be denied and returned to the customer.

Promotional Offers (Buy One, Get One Free)

Items purchased as part of a "Buy One, Get One Free" or similar promotional offer are considered a single transaction. Should you wish to return or refund a qualifying item, the complimentary piece must be returned together with the original purchase, as both items form part of the promotional offer. Refunds will only be processed once all items associated with the promotion have been received in their original condition


Product Verification

Anna Zuckerman Luxury reserves the right to verify all returned items using internal product identifiers, markings, and quality control records.

Returned items that do not match the originally shipped product may be rejected.


Return Fees

Return fees will be deducted from the refund once the return is approved and processed.

Orders $139 and Under

  • $10 return shipping fee

  • $10 restocking fee

Orders $140 and Above

  • $10 return shipping fee

  • 10% restocking fee (based on item purchase price)

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Customers may choose an exchange instead of a refund.

Exchanges are limited to two (2) exchanges per order.

All exchanges must be processed through the return portal.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the replacement item is higher in value, the price difference must be paid.

If the replacement item is lower in value, the difference will be issued as store credit.


Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Items discounted 50% or more

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or complimentary items


In-Store vs Online Purchases

Items purchased in-store cannot be returned or exchanged online.

Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.

All returns and exchanges must be handled through the original point of sale.


Missing Items / Empty Package Returns

Any return received with missing items or packages returned without the original product will result in immediate cancellation of the return request.

Such returns are considered invalid and ineligible for refund or exchange.

Anna Zuckerman Luxury reserves the right to photograph, record, and document all returned packages for verification and fraud prevention purposes.


Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after inspection.

Refunds will reflect all applicable return shipping and restocking fees.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our online return portal.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of packaging

Approved claims will be handled separately from standard returns.


Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

By completing a purchase, customers agree to fully comply with this Return & Exchange Policy.

Initiating a chargeback without first completing the return process through our official return portal constitutes a violation of this policy.

Anna Zuckerman Luxury reserves the right to submit all relevant documentation to financial institutions including:

  • Order details

  • Delivery confirmation

  • Return records

  • Photographs and video documentation

  • Communication history

Customers engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or repeated chargeback activity may be permanently restricted from future purchases.


Excessive Returns

Anna Zuckerman Luxury monitors return activity to ensure fair use of our policies.

Accounts demonstrating excessive or abusive return behavior may be restricted or denied future purchases.


Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without portal authorization are not guaranteed to be received or processed.

Anna Zuckerman Luxury is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or unauthorized returns.

All AZ stones, whether clear or color, are Diamond Coated Crystalline stones. Our pieces are created using a unique lab process that creates stones that rival the look of real diamonds but at a fraction of the price! The DCC process allows us to create the kind of clarity, quality, and intricate detail found only in the best grade of genuine diamonds.
Our color process creates richly saturated dimensional tones that radiate and sparkle like genuine gemstones. 

Is there a product warranty?

Yes, we offer a 30 Day Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. Please see the Warranty tab on our website for details.

Shipping Details

Complimentary UPS Ground shipping on orders over $200 within the continental US.
Standard UPS Ground shipping: $10 | Express shipping: $29.
Each piece is carefully prepared and shipped from Boca Raton, FL within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed after 1 PM ET on Friday will ship the following week.

How do your sales and promotions work?

We occasionally offer sales and promotions on our online retail store at www.annazuckerman.com. These sales, promotions and prices are specific to our online retail store and not applicable or transferrable to our flagship stores in Boca Raton or Aspen or to other third party retailers. We also occasionally offer sales and promotion at our flagship stores as well. As with our policy regarding online sales and promotions, any in-store sale or promotion is limited to our store in Mizner Park and/or Aspen and is not applicable or transferrable to our online retail store. Any products purchased during a promotion or using a promotion code (including any gift with purchase) are exchange only. Please note the terms and conditions regarding our merchandise sold during sales or in connection with any promotions we may offer.Please note that any specialty items, tiaras, headbands, altered items, gift cards or special orders are final sale.

Do international orders include customs and import taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the final price.
