How do I return?

You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.


Sale items (if applicable) - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items, and gift cards, cannot be refunded

 

What items are returnable?

Anna Zuckerman Luxury offers refunds on retail items sent back within 7 days of receiving them. Return within 30 days from purchase to exchange or get in-store credit. 

Anna Zuckerman Luxury does not pay for return shipping of retail items. The Customer is responsible for return shipping payment.

Items purchased in the store must be returned/exchanged at the store. Items purchased online must be returned/exchanged via our website.

Are there any charges for return?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

 

How soon will I get my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-7 business days for banks or credit card companies to process and post the refunds.
