Returns and exchanges

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

Product purchased from retail locations must be returned via that location.

 

How do I return?

Enter your online order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.


Sale or promotional items (if applicable) - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items purchased on sale and gift cards, cannot be refunded.

Items purchased on sale or via a promo code are eligible for an exchange or online gift card/credit only. Gift cards are not returnable or exchangeable.

Our specialty items such as tiaras, headbands, as well as any items that have been altered or special orders are final sale.

 

What items are returnable?

Anna Zuckerman offers refunds on full priced, unworn items, purchased on Annazuckerman.com. Items eligible for return must be be received at the warehouse within 14 days of the date of purchase (extended to 30 days now for the holiday season). Promotional or discounted items are eligible for online credit/gift card or exchange only. Products must be unworn, in their original condition, and in applicable AZ packaging.  

Anna Zuckerman does not pay for return shipping. The Customer is responsible for return shipping payment.

Items purchased at our flagship stores must be returned/exchanged at that location. Items purchased online must be returned/exchanged via our website.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Please include your proof of purchase from Annazuckerman.com. If a gift with purchase was received and the entire purchase is being returned, it must also be sent back, or the value of the gift with purchase will be deducted from the return.

Are there any charges for return?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

 

How soon will I get my refund or my in-store credit?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that sale or discounted items will be credited back in a form of a virtual gift card. Please remember it can take 5-7 business days for banks or credit card companies to process and post the refunds.
