How do I return?

You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.


Sale or promotional items (if applicable) - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items, and gift cards, cannot be refunded

 

What items are returnable?

Anna Zuckerman offers refunds on full priced items sent back within 14 days of receiving them. Products must be unworn, in their original condition, and in applicable AZ packaging.  

Anna Zuckerman does not pay for return shipping. The Customer is responsible for return shipping payment.

Items purchased at our flagship store must be returned/exchanged at that location. Items purchased online must be returned/exchanged via our website.

Are there any charges for return?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

 

How soon will I get my refund or my in-store credit?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that sale or discounted items will be credited back in a form of a virtual gift card. Please remember it can take 5-7 business days for banks or credit card companies to process and post the refunds.
