For U.S. (inclusive of Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska)
Orders are shipped within 5-6 business days (M-F) of the purchase date.
If an order is placed after 1 pm Eastern Standard Time on a Friday, we will do our very best to ship no later than Tuesday of the following week.
We ship all orders USPS First Class, which is our standard shipping (5-6 days) or UPS 2nd day (1-2 days).
Please note that for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska, the carrier used, fees, and delivery times may differ.
All orders ship from our Boca Raton, FL warehouse Monday through Friday.
Holidays may delay shipping based on calendar closures.

We will provide a tracking number to you once your order has shipped.
Returns/Exchanges:
What items can be returned/exchanged? United States-based customers only. In addition, the return/exchange policy listed below is for online AZ website purchases only.
Products purchased at full price that are unworn, in original condition with tags, and any applicable AZ packaging.
Any AZ item purchased at a retailer other than online at the AZ website must be returned and/or exchanged to that retailer’s store or site and cannot be returned and/or exchanged directly to AZ.
All online, website purchases must be returned/exchanged via the website.
For purchases made at our AZ Mizner Park/Boca Raton, Florida flagship store, please return/exchange those purchases to the AZ Mizner Park/Boca Raton store.For purchases made at our AZ Aspen, Colorado flagship store, please return/exchange those purchases to the AZ Aspen, Colorado store. We cannot return/exchange any purchases made at our flagship stores via the website.
Items purchased on sale, custom items including personalized and/or engraved, are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift cards are not returnable or exchangeable.
Our specialty items such as tiaras, as well as any items that have been altered or custom orders are final sale.
Items purchased in connection with any promotion (including promo codes, gift with purchase, etc.) are exchange only.
The exchanged product cannot be returned or exchanged again.
How to make a return or an exchange?
Please fill out the form below to request a return and/or exchange authorization. We will make every effort to respond within 24 hours with either approval for return/exchange or with questions should we require further clarification.
This holiday season, customers may request a return or exchange within fourteen (14) day from the date of purchase, provided the item(s) are received at our warehouse within this timeframe.
Once you have received approval from AZ, please return item(s) as soon as possible to ensure that you are within the fourteen (14) day window. Please note that for the holiday season, the return window is extended until January 6, 2026.
The product must be packaged and returned to AZ in a manner that will avoid any damage while in transit to ensure a full refund.
AZ is not responsible for postage costs or for items lost in transit. Please make sure to send via a carrier that provides tracking information and, if needed, purchase postal insurance to cover the value of your item should you incur a loss in transit.
If your item arrives to you damaged, please fill out the return/exchange form below and let us know immediately upon receipt of your item, and we will make every effort to resolve the situation to ensure a favorable outcome for you.

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange.
- Please make sure to note whether you are interested in a return or exchange.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once your request is approved.
- If there are any questions regarding the approval of your returned item, we will reach out to you as soon as possible to discuss.
- Any item returned to AZ without prior authorization will be returned to the sender.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if the return meets all required criteria, then a refund will be processed to your original method of payment, which includes the purchase price plus any applicable sales tax originally paid.
There are no refunds for shipping charges.
Please note that it can take approximately five (5) to seven (7) business days for banks or credit card companies to process and post refunds.

What is Diamond Coated Crystalline?
All AZ stones, whether clear or color, are Diamond Coated Crystalline stones. Our pieces are created using a unique lab process that creates stones that rival the look of real diamonds but at a fraction of the price! The DCC process allows us to create the kind of clarity, quality, and intricate detail found only in the best grade of genuine diamonds.
Our color process creates richly saturated dimensional tones that radiate and sparkle like genuine gemstones.
Is there a product warranty?
Yes, we offer a 30 Day Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. Please see the Warranty tab on our website for details.
How much is shipping?
Express shipping is $29, and ground shipping is $13. If you have a purchase of over $200, ground shipping is free.
How do your sales and promotions work?
We occasionally offer sales and promotions on our online retail store at www.annazuckerman.com. These sales, promotions and prices are specific to our online retail store and not applicable or transferrable to our flagship stores in Boca Raton or Aspen or to other third party retailers. We also occasionally offer sales and promotion at our flagship stores as well. As with our policy regarding online sales and promotions, any in-store sale or promotion is limited to our store in Mizner Park and/or Aspen and is not applicable or transferrable to our online retail store. Any products purchased during a promotion or using a promotion code (including any gift with purchase) are exchange only. Please note the terms and conditions regarding our merchandise sold during sales or in connection with any promotions we may offer.Please note that any specialty items, tiaras, headbands, altered items, gift cards or special orders are final sale.
Do international orders include customs and import taxes?
