We offer optional shipping insurance for $7.99 at checkout. This insurance covers your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If you do not purchase insurance, we cannot guarantee a refund should anything happen to your order once it leaves our warehouse. We highly recommend adding insurance if your order total is over $500, as it provides peace of mind and full protection for your purchase. Please note: Insurance must be purchased at the time of checkout—we are unable to add it retroactively once an order has been processed.

Shipping

Our standard shipping is USPS First Class. Please note that we ship all orders from our Boca Raton, FL warehouse Monday through Friday. All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (M-F) of the purchase date. If an order is placed after 1PM Eastern Time on Friday, it will be shipped the following week.
